We implement full-process quality control for complete machines. Strict inspections are performed at each stage including component incoming check, assembly, commissioning and finished-product testing. Every machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load continuous running test before shipment to verify geometric accuracy and operational stability. We enforce strict delivery standards to guarantee stable precision and low failure rate.
We support OEM & ODM complete machine customization. Customers may choose mainstream CNC systems including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens and GSK, with flexible adjustments for spindle, travel range and machine protective structures. We provide 24/7 online technical support and respond to quality issues within 24 hours, along with remote troubleshooting and spare parts supply. Overseas on-site installation, commissioning and operator training are negotiable.
We own a 1,500 ㎡ standardized production workshop in Zhangjiagang with independent complete machine manufacturing and assembly capabilities and self-operated import & export qualifications. The standard lead time is about 30 days.
