Rigid Integrated Machine Structure
BC3751 High-Torque Slant Bed CNC Lathe adopts an integrated high-strength cast iron bed and base, providing excellent rigidity and vibration resistance for stable machining performance.

High-Torque Precision Spindle
The spindle is driven by an 11/15 kW servo motor and supported by NSK precision bearings. With a spindle speed range of 50 to 4500 rpm, it delivers strong low-speed torque and stable cutting performance.

Fast Axis Movement
The X and Z axes use heavy-duty roller linear guideways with rapid traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min, improving positioning efficiency and machining productivity.

8-Station Hydraulic Turret
The standard hydraulic turret offers high positioning accuracy, short tool indexing time and reduced tool interference for multi-process machining.

Long Turning Capacity
With a maximum turning length of 510 mm and X/Z travel of 210/550 mm, the machine is suitable for machining longer shaft and cylindrical components.
