Energy-efficient drive system
The machine adjusts motor output according to machining conditions to reduce reactive power loss. Electronic soft start and braking functions are also provided.
Rigid machine structure
The bed and legs are made from high-strength cast iron and undergo aging treatment. Three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis are used to optimize the main structure for stable cutting performance.
Hardened precision guideways
The bed guideways are induction hardened and precision ground to improve wear resistance and maintain machining accuracy during long-term operation.
Flexible threading capability
The transmission system supports common metric, inch, module and diametral-pitch threads, making the machine suitable for varied general machining requirements.
Long workpiece capacity
Available maximum workpiece lengths range from 750 mm to 3000 mm, providing configuration options for different shaft and component sizes.
Practical tooling and support
CS6166B / CS6166C High-Rigidity Horizontal Lathe uses a 4-position tool post with a maximum tool size of 25 × 25 mm. The tailstock sleeve measures Φ75 × 150 mm for supporting workpieces during machining.
