Large-Bore Turning
The CS6266C Large-Bore Horizontal Lathe is designed for workpieces requiring a larger spindle opening, with spindle bore options of Φ82 mm and Φ105 mm. This provides more space for machining components with larger through-diameters.
Large Swing Capacity
The machine offers a maximum swing over bed of Φ660 mm and a maximum swing inside saddle of Φ870 mm. The effective saddle length is 240 mm, supporting larger-diameter turning operations.
Flexible Spindle Selection
The spindle provides 24 steps from 9 to 1600 r/min or 12 steps from 36 to 1600 r/min, depending on the selected configuration. The 7.5 kW main motor provides the drive power for conventional turning operations.
Multiple Threading Options
The transmission system supports commonly used metric, inch, module and diametral pitch threads, allowing the machine to handle different thread specifications for general industrial production.
Extended Workpiece Machining
The available maximum workpiece lengths are 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 mm. The upper and lower tool posts provide 145 mm and 310 mm of travel respectively.
Energy-Efficient Operation
The drive system can adjust motor output according to machining conditions to reduce reactive power loss. Electronic soft start and braking functions help provide controlled starting and stopping during operation.
