CS6250 / CS6250B / CS6250C Gap-bed Heavy-Duty Horizontal Lathe is suitable for machining various industrial components, including:

Large-Diameter Turning
The CS6250 / CS6250B / CS6250C Gap-bed Heavy-Duty Horizontal Lathe provides a maximum swing over bed of Φ500 mm and a maximum swing over gap of Φ710 mm, making it suitable for turning larger-diameter workpieces.

Gap-bed Machining
The 240 mm effective gap length provides additional machining clearance near the spindle nose. This configuration is useful when the workpiece diameter exceeds the normal turning area of the bed.

Multi-Type Thread Cutting
The machine supports metric, inch, module and diametral pitch threads, allowing manufacturers to handle different thread specifications without using a dedicated threading machine.

Extended Workpiece Capacity
Depending on the selected configuration, the machine accommodates workpiece lengths of 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 or 3000 mm, with maximum turning lengths from 700 to 2950 mm.

Flexible Tooling
The machine has 4 tool positions and supports 25 × 25 mm tool sizes. The square tool post can rotate within ±90°, providing flexibility for different turning operations.

Energy-Saving Drive Control
The drive system can adjust motor output according to machining conditions to reduce reactive power loss. Electronic soft start and braking functions are also available for controlled machine operation.
